The patent distribution business is right on track with a main focus on Europe, and we now have decided to offer the prior
investigation activity report business of patent distribution through a strong request from our customers.
We investigate the possibility of European patents in accordance of our own evaluation standards and provide the analysis

We have started to offer European distribution support business of patents developed in the country from a request of a major research laboratory of a local autonomy-related.

Greetings on financial results.
I am pleased to announce that we have closed our third term financial result in August. We have outstripped the first and
second terms both in sales and profit and are able to close the accounts best ever. We could not have done this without
your strong support for which I would like to express my sincere appreciation.
Our consulting business went well in the first half which outperformed the original plans.
We have had a substantial progress in the areas of overseas launchings and acceptance of overseas investments but not much successful.
We have made various attempts in the area of intellectual property that may lead to this year but there were little
achievements in the revenue. However, we have gained progress in other new businesses with favorable results.
As the consulting business we had concluded on a long term basis last year has come to an end, we are now determined
to push forward following fields this year.
1. We intend to lay stress on the managerial consulting business and also attempt to make an aggressive progress in the
following areas we gained a foothold last year
2. Overseas launchings, acceptance of foreign investments
3. Intellectual property related business

Executive Consulting has been conducting a top executive training program on globalization for a leading Japanese
electronics company group in Tokyo.
In addition, from June 2006, Executive Consulting also started to conduct a managerial training program for section
chiefs within the same companies.

It feels rather slow to get colder this autumn in Japan. It could be an implication that severe climate on Japanese
economy is getting milder.
Thanks to you all, Executive Consulting Co., Ltd. has been through the second fiscal year. Though it is still not
very easy situation in terms of profit, slowly but surely, we are getting prepared for more progress with stable third
year together with good customers with high quality requirements. This cannot have been done without the support of
customers and all stakeholders. We express our sincere gratitude to them all.

In addition to the trip to the U.S.A. in October, President Suzuki's business trip to the Netherlands has been decided in November, in order to hold a meeting on patent distribution business collaboration with Europe.
September, 2005 Launching on promotion of UH-API
With the participation of 2 more Japanese manufacturers, we have completed collaboration agreements with well-acknowledged big
manufacturers in all major regions on Universal Home-Application Programming Interface (UH-API).
We have also launched on IT-related business successfully, having got some orders for making WebPages for different companies.
July, 2005 Contract renewal for educational programme on Company executive.
We have renewed the contract for 6 more months on the educational programme on leadership / Global business for executives of manufacturers, which are listed on the first sections of the stock exchanges in Japan.
April, 2005 The Business Potential of Utilizing Pending Patents
Executive Consulting conducted a survey in Europe exploring the business potential of utilizing pending patents (President Suzuki).
This European business trip was highly fruitful. We had an opportunity to exchange in-depth information with the top managers of global
corporations.
We also visited places such as universities, national research institutes, and patent agent offices with our partners from the
Netherlands and exchanged opinions about the current status of intellectual property licensing and how to advance this business
in the future.
Afterward, we also had a valuable exchange of opinions in Denmark.

We launched the new business to support promotion of the global standard software on audio and television (Universal Home-Application Programming Interface: UH-API).

March, 2005 Seminar for managers on overseas business
We successfully held a seminar for members of a group organised by the CEO about middle and small companies' embarkation on overseas business.
February, 2005 Study tour for industrial embarkation in Thailand, together with 11 manufacturers
Together with 11 manufacturers, we have been to a 5 days' tour of possibility study for the purpose of industrial embarkation in Thailand, mainly Ayyuthaya and Rayong region. Visiting an existing Japanese company there, we have exchanged practical information about the business in Thailand, such as merits, demerits and risks. With the visit to BOI (Thai Board of Investment) and Bangkok JETRO, our study tour terminated successfully.
February, 2005 Education program on leadership
We have commenced educational programs for leaders in a big Japanese manufacturer, with a special focus on enhancing their leadership and global management.
January, 2005 Survey on industrial area (Thailand)
We have commenced a half-month survey on current situation of industrial embarkation around Ayutthaya and Rayong in Thailand (from 15th January to 1st February 2005). Many enterprises, Japanese motor companies in particular, seem to be keen on investment in this area. Not only newly-embarking cases, but also a number of expanding cases of existing factories are observed.

As of 1st October, Executive Consulting Co., Ltd. happily celebrated its one year's anniversary. Thanks to you all, we achieved 30 percent
growth than previously stated expectation in net revenues with no loss for the first fisical year of last 11 months. We are so grateful and
indebted to the clients as well as many of those who helped us for this achievement.
When we see the economical situation from the latter half of the year to the next year, however, it is forseeable that severer situation

February, 2004 A Major Technology Research Project regarding M&A Successfully Completed
At the end of 2003, Executive Consulting received a request for a technology research report concerning mergers and acquisitions
from a leading research company in the U.S.
The time frame for this extensive project was only about a month; nevertheless, Executive Consulting successfully completed
the research report and received high praise from the client.

We wish you have started joyful days in the New Year.
Becoming 60 years old - which means a whole cycle in traditional Chinese/Japanese calendar has been completed - I made up my
mind to leave the position of vice president at Philips and establish a small, but my own company, which had been one of my
dreams for a long time. Finally, it resulted in Executive Consulting Co. Ltd., which is a consulting company for the executives
both in Japan and foreign countries.
It has passed already 3 months since we started from 1st October, as we aim to provide satisfactory consultation that brings our
customers joy and gratitude in the end.
Thanks to the support and advice, which were actually more than expected, we could implement our company rather smoothly. However,
this is just the first steps of the whole road - we will keep making efforts to proceed forward.

October, 2003 Licensed for industrial estate / ready-built plant sales in Thailand
As of October 2003, Executive Consulting Co. Ltd. contracted two listed companies in Thailand to get the license for the sales of
industrial estate and lease of ready-built plant.
We have two offers for the moment; One of the industrial estates locates near Ayutthaya (60km to the north from the Bangkok
International Airport), which is famous for the world heritage. And another one locates in Rayong (350km to the Southeast
from Bangkok), which is a city well-known as beach resort. Rayong is very convenient location for import and export by
shipping, because of its close access to the biggest harbour in Thailand.
As its well-organised infrastructure such as water supply and electricity, many major Japanese companies have already
embarked business in those regions above.
